Shipping & Returns Policies

We are giving you access to our discounted business rates and we do not charge any handling fee. The shipping rate is dependent on the shipping destination and the delivery speed (you have the choice between Standard, Express, and Overnight shipping services).

We currently only ship to Canada.

Enjoy free standard shipping in Zone 1 (BC, AB, SK, MB, ON, and QC) with your purchase of $89+ (after all discounts apply).

Destinations in Zone 2 (NT, YT, NU, NL, PE, NS and NB) are charged the following flat fees:

  • In Zone 2, we charge a $25 flat fee for orders up to $157.99. 

  • Enjoy free standard shipping with your purchase of $158+ (after all discounts are applied).

You also have the option to choose another (faster) shipping method of your choice, but by selecting those you are choosing to pay for shipping.

Free shipping on all orders of $89+ in Zone 1.

Orders ship within 3-5 business days within time of purchase.

All customers will receive a tracking number upon shipment in regards to status of their order.

Delivery times are 7-10 business days. Please note that all delivery times are estimates, as sometimes unexpected carrier delays can occur without warning. Due to this, we are unfortunately unable to guarantee delivery by any particular date. Once a package has left our facility for the carrier to process, we are unable to intercept the package to expedite delivery or redirect it to a new address.

Note: We do not process orders on Canada wide statutory holidays and AB statutory holidays.

Order Cancellations

Once orders have been processed, meaning shipped, we cannot accept cancellations. Should you wish to cancel your order please send an email to to inquire about your order status.

Address Corrections

If you input your address incorrectly please send an email to as soon as possible to inquire about order status.

Please note customers are responsible to provide the correct address. If a second shipment is needed due to incorrect address supplied by the customer, additional freight charges will apply.

PO Boxes & International Addresses

We don’t ship to PO boxes or international addresses at this time.

Shortages & Damages

Shortages must be reported to our office within 3 days of receiving your order. For any packages damaged in transit, please get in touch with us as soon as possible at, along with the pictures of the damaged item

For any packages lost in transit, please get in touch with us as soon as possible at We will open a trace with the courier immediately. We will process a replacement as soon as the courier has completed their trace and deemed the package lost.


Due to the consumable nature of our products, VitalyTeas Ltd does not accept returns requests. That being said, we want you to be happy. However, in the unlikely event of damaged, defective or incorrect items delivered to you, please contact us immediately at and we will do what we can to make it right.

Lost or missing shipments

If your shipment shows as delivered to your address, but is missing, you must report the lost shipment to the carrier and follow up with them.

VitalyTeas Ltd will not be held responsible for orders shipped to a wrong address due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by a customer.
